More versatile than mitts, but with all the advantages
These gloves are more comfortable than “mitts” and allow use of cookware handles. I have used on Dutch Ovens heated to 450 degrees F and noticed no heat transfer. Easy to clean dough or sauce off of under running water. I needed something heat resistant more versatile than mitts. These are it.
