I purchased this product & have only used it a handful of times. The straightener will no longer turn on to heat up. It stays frozen on the blinking indicator light! Very disappointing when it was working all of 60 days it worked great. . . . . . The company contacted me and sent me out a new straightener free of charge! It’s working great so far, I will do another review in a few weeks. Great customer service for HSI to reach out on their own to ensure a customer is satisfied!
