These little tablets are lifesavers -- or at the very least, sleep-savers! I get extreme cramps in my quads and inner thighs. We're talking extreme, completely-immobilizing, tears- flowing, kind of cramps. These tablets help. Occasionally, I'll get warning shots during the day -- little mini-cramps or twinges that let me know what's coming later. If I take these before I go to bed, I can generally skip the big show. If I forget...I'll be taking them in the middle of the night when it hits. Only downside is that they can take a few minutes to work which feels like an eternity when you're in pain, but is probably only 3 - 5 minutes. They're also good when you've had a few restless nights in a row and just need a good solid sleep. Take a few before bedtime and you're golden. I make sure that I NEVER run out.
