Husband uses it on his back for very stubborn nodular acne he's had since his teens and never been able to get rid of - major improvement seen in just a few days! I use it on my arms for KP, also made a big difference in a short time. Not irritating, doesn't burn or itch. It has a high salicylic acid (BHA) concentration - the percentage is apparently "proprietary", but several online sources say it's 3%, which would be half again as high as most products on the market. It also contains lactic acid (AHA), and the combination seems to be exactly what we needed. I put a lot of effort and research into my skincare and my husband is a chemist, so we're pretty well informed shoppers for this kind of thing. I'm hesitant to use this on my (very sensitive) face, but if they made a version of this for face I'd drop maybe half my expensive routine and use this instead. My husband has less sensitive skin and has already adopted it for his face as well, with great results so far. Fingers crossed that this doesn't get discontinued!
