Here is my story. I'm 41 and I've had three miscarriages. No causes, we both got checked and all fine. We were told to keep trying. After about 8 moths still no luck and I've been closely monitoring my temperatures ( highly recommend) and timing everything as perfectly as I could. I bought a bunch of supplements but not vitex since some reviews simply scared me. Women were saying do not take it if you have a regular cycle because it will mess it up. Ok, bad idea, I have a regular cycle. Then after a few months I came back to read the reviews again and partly probably to give myself hope with the positive stories. I thought to myself, I will take a chance on this vitex stuff. I can try it for a month and see if it messes me up. Like I said I've been monitoring my temperatures every day for months so I would be aware of any weird changes. It cause no changes and I was pregnant within the first month. Who knows if vitex helped. I also took it through the first couple of moths of pregnancy since I read that some women took it to prevent a miscarriage. I told my doctor but he never even heard of the stuff. I am four months along now and all is good. I still can not believe it. So use your own judgment and watch your body carefully. Good luck! It's a girl for me! Update: my daughter is almost a year old now. She was born healthy. My pregnancy was healthy and fairly easy.
