This is an excellent product but you have to know how to use it and what to expect. On the instruction label it says not to rub it directly on your body. You either rub it between your hands and then apply to your body or use a wash cloth. If you use directly on your body's skin it will scratch you. It probably shouldn't be called soap. There is no soap in it and it does not lather. It's pure salt. The salt kills the bacteria on your body instantly. It does remove body odor. When you use it you will think you are doing absolutely nothing because there is no lather. But if you taste your hand after rubbing the bar you will know that you are getting plenty of salt on your body. The bar lasts a long time if you keep it dry between showers. I've used an entire bar now for showers and have used nothing else during that time. I am happy with the product. It does not dry your skin out. You just have to know how to use and what to expect before you appreciate it.
