My therapist recommended that I buy these to see if they would help with my Trichotilomania (hair pulling) disorder. Let me tell you, it works! I was working on a nice bald spot on the front of my hairline and within 3 weeks of taking these I have not pulled once! I have been suffering with Trich since I was 13 years old and have tried every trick in the book to stop... This is the only thing that has helped me. My hair is starting to grow back and I am going to continue to take these for the long hall. Thank you so much!
