My running shoes don’t squeak anymore with the Z Liner Orthotic insoles
I have “flat arches”and have to wear over the counter orthotics. The friction between the orthotics and inside of the running shoes, causes an audible squeaking. The Z Liner Orthotics has a waffle design synthetic construction. It allows for air circulation and no more squeaking of the orthotics. Complete silence. Amazing. I have bought 5 pairs so far.
