Great kids version of The Law!
This was a great book for my seven year old to understand and start discussing concepts the way we believe them politically. I saw a one star review saying it brought religion into it...and just wanted to assure prospective buyers that it does not push any formal religion at all. Just has 1-2 lines on one page that our rights come from God and it's our responsibility to preserve and develop them. If you're not religious but you believe that the government doesn't give you your rights, you're born with them and given them by a Creator...you should be fine with this book. If you read The Law by Frederic Bastiat...you'll be happy to see it in kid version to start that discussion with your children. I would say it's best for 6-12 year olds. I'm pleased someone rewrote these truthful concepts for the younger generation!! Hope to see the series in cartoon format on Netflix one day! ;)
