Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I could be one of those reviews that whines the product I received didn't work, but as most know you can almost always get a refund or replacement with little effort. The first thermometer was off by a few degrees and after contacting the vendor and then Amazon a replacement was shipped and of the options for returning the defect item I chose to drop the item at a UPS store and have them package it and ship it back. The second one works well, and since the vendor was very attentive from the beginning and the replacement went off so smoothly and it worked, I'm satisfied. Follow the directions for everything like I did, and if that doesn't work, get a refund or a replacement.
