Is there any sheet better? I don't think so.
I'm a man, 60+, and I've slept on relatives sheets, hotel sheets, airbnb sheets, and sheets in some fine hotels in Europe. I know when something feels good. I buy clothing as much for the feel as I do for the style. If you want a terrific, and maybe the best sheet set you've ever felt, these are it. Thread count, schmed count. It really doesn't mean much. BUT...ELS cotton (Extra Long Staple cotton) is what you need to look for. ELS cotton means that the fabric is made from the longest threads of cotton that's made. These can be "lifetime" sheets. Wash in cold water with good detergent (Persil, Tide). DON'T BLEACH! (If you bleach any fabric it will shorten its life by damaging the fabric, slightly, every time you use it. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING...Wash these sheets on Ultra Low heat. Why? Because you don't want to damage the sheets and you can see it for yourselves. Look at the lint screen. If you get lint...that's fabric coming off your fabric, making it weaker, and will have a short life. On Ultra Low, you will have very little to NO LINT AT ALL. That is no BS. I've had these sheets for 3 years. Yes, it takes longer to dry, but you're saving money. It's the dryer heat that runs up your bills...not the tumbling. These are the sheets you sleep on in heaven...HA!
