I finally found what works for my hair. After all these years. This product is not messy-greasy-oily. It is very thick and SEALS in the moisture to my hair and I have noticed SIGNIFICANT less breakage and yet it does not cause my hair to smell, itch or flake. It has the unusual quality of making my hair soft, and feel moisturized, yet strong and resilient to combs etc. I also like that it doesnt feel or look like a shiny oily mess. It definitely is thick, which for 4C hair is completely needed. Unlike other products like Cantu ( Which I love by the way), it keeps the moisture locked into my hair, without the need to reapply the next day and the next. The new Cantu formulas do not keep my hair moisturized for more than a day, whereas in the past they used to keep it moisturized for many days. I guess that's part of their inclusivity plan, so that women with very dry hair like mine are no longer the main focus. But this product is great for me. I love it and it smells great as well. I will buy it again and again......... until they mess -up the formular.
