UPDATE: The sellers reached out and offered to replace the lights. For that alone I feel like this product is better than the other ones on amazon because you're almost guaranteed a good product. The remote came broken. I pointed it around the whole thing, took out the plastic and even changed the batteries but the remote was just broken. It looks good and works but one of the main reasons I got it was for the timer and ability to dim- you can't do any of that without the remote. It changes modes and turns on/off with a button on the usb portion but I am disappointed with the product.
