Great! Recommend for those who are 5'2"
I bought this for better posture. Most chairs cause my feet to dangle but with this, I'm able to keep my feet flat. I am 5'2" (158cm) and I use this with both pieces. (Without the bottom piece, my feet probably wouldn't reach it)
