UPDATE: Helps to read the directions!! DO NOT USE BOTTLED WATER!! Not sure why tap water makes such a difference, but it does. Once I switched to tap water, I did not have any issues anymore!! Changed from 3-5 stars!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I use this at work. For the first few weeks, it was great. It's been rainy here so I haven't needed it for a week or so. I turned it on today and it stopped working properly. Moisture was collecting and dripping back into the top clogging it. I realized that if I dry it, it works again. See video. When it works, it's fine but you have to keep an eye on it.
