I am a 35 year old mom of 2 and this is my honest opinion. I have been struggling for a while with a number of symptoms. I always try to go the natural route in taking care of myself whenever possible. After reading some of the Vitamin D deficient symptoms I thought “why not just give it a try?” I went through several reviews and decided on the Go Nutrients brand. When I give this review it is my honest opinion, since starting the Vitamin D I have a overall sense of well-being. I have always struggled with getting to sleep, it doesn’t matter how exhausted I am I just can’t go to sleep and stay asleep! I have also struggled with severe fatigue. Since starting this bottle I feel like I get a better nights sleep which helps me to feel better during the work day.
