Good product, Greet customer service!!
12/6/18. This is an update to my last review. I emailed the manufacturer about the vacuum’s power being weak, the customer service rep replied back right away, she gave me some trouble shoot tips, none worked, then she sent me another battery, after installed the new battery, the power is a lot stronger, I’m very pleased with their services, will definitely buy from them again !!!
