For all of you that state the "shut of valve" ...
For all of you that state the "shut of valve" doesn't work, leaks, or dribbles and therefore conclude that the item is faulty; your observation is correct but your conclusion is not. First of all it "IS NOT" a shut off valve. It "IS" a "flow regulator". It is purposely designed to function in this manor and even states this in the description. It does this "leaking", or "dribbling" for 2 specific reasons. 1. To conserve water waste/usage while soaping up by cutting the flow to a heavily reduced amount (But not completely). 2. By doing this it ensures a consistent "water temperature" when the valve is selected back to full flow thereby eliminating the possibility of momentary scalding or freezing cold water.
