Okay so I bought this cause I read in the reviews that its basically the same as the more expensive ones. It packs a punch. It works amazing the price tag is a steal~ I normally use the ball attachment n it feels great. It does get into ur body. The highest setting is 30 which does the job. Even at 25. I have my daughter n boyfriend work my back with the massage gun since I have lots of lower back pain n neck. It does a great job I def recommend it if you have been eyeing this and were afraid of paying anything 50 n up.
