I bought this to rip some fence panels and it works great. It is easy to keep on track and make very accurate cuts with. My only complaint is that it will eat up some juice on your batteries. I only have 1.5 Amp hour batteries and I can only cut about 3 boards at a time. I ordered some bigger batteries for it. Update Oct 2020: I bought these generic 4ah batteries and get plenty of runtime now. Not sure how long it lasts but I have never run out of juice in the middle of a cut with these bigger batteries. Update Feb 2021. Still love this thing. Do yourself a favor and buy a Diablo blade. You can get much smoother cuts all while cutting as good or better.
