*UPDATE* I originally rated this as a one star purchase. However the company excelled in customer service. Upon hearing of my troubles the company went above and beyond to, 1st repair my unit with trouble shooting instructions, then replaced the entire unit. We will definitely buy from here again knowing they back their products 100%. Did not come with any kind of troubleshooting guide. We have had this thermostat for 3 months, and it just recently started showing an error message. I have no idea how to fix the problem.
