I took these out for a spin this afternoon to clean up some debris alongside the road leading into our neighbourhood. I'm not going to touch the gunk that gathers on the road with my hands - gloved even - so these are going to get a lot of ongoing use. The photo shows three large bags of debris that these grabbers worked on exclusively. This included lots of glass bottles - standard size beer bottles but also 40-oz bottles as well. Some had water in them so I'd pick them up with the grabber and tip the bottles upside down to drain them. No issue with the grip from start of the project to the end. I'm not looking forward to picking up others' debris on an ongoing basis, but with these to hand, the job is more manageable.
