I bought a similar over-the-sink dish drainer a few weeks ago, and I love it. Drying dishes over the sink frees up valuable counter space in my little cottage kitchen. It also gives me a little make-shift work space, extending my countertop. Once I started using it, I realized a roll-up rack like this could be used for all kinds of things, and I came up with a brilliant idea. My apartment size refrigerator did not include a freezer rack, even though there’s a built-in ledge for one. I searched online for a rack but found nothing the right size and prices for freezer racks in general were less than budget-friendly. The Roll-Up Dish Drain Rack from E-Smart Home is the perfect length and width for my freezer! As you can see in my before and after photos, I had to stack frozen foods on top of each other, which just made them slide out every time you opened the door. With the roll-up dish drain rack in place, I can fit more food in my little freezer and better use the space I have. All for so much less than a “real” freezer rack. Now I can take advantage of store sales, stock up supplies, and make my own freezer meals. Think beyond your kitchen sink with these handy stainless steel racks. E-Smart Home’s rack is sturdy, but lightweight, and rolls up for compact storage. It would make a great camp kitchen addition, a parts drying rack in the shop or craft room, and as I found out - a freezer rack. I am thrilled with this roll-up dish drain rack.
