We bought these for my wife, who was concerned parts of her anatomy kept showing through whatever workout shirt she wore at the gym. She reports these are easy to use and are very comfortable to wear: just place under the workout bra and it stays in place without need for adhesive. It cleans easily with soap and water and is ready for use again.
