Update: It's been three months since I bought this brush for my teen daughter, and it has completely cleared up her nose and forehead acne. I'm so glad we decided to give this a try. For reference, she uses the Neutrogena oil-free acne face wash with it. Works great. Good price. Love that it comes with a variety of heads.
