I have fibromyalgia as well as extensive osteo arthritis, both are very painful. I use Sombra on a daily basis, it relieves my pain, and has a very pleasing aroma as well. The aroma disapates in a very short time. It is very good for temporary pain relief. I also have neuropathy in my feet which affect my feet in differant ways. I use Sombra on my feet which gives me some relief. Not to put BioFreeze down, it is a very good product which I used in the past, but for myself I find Sombra to be better. Sombra is also a far better buy price wise, and Amazon gives you buying choices. I highly recommend this product for those w2ho live with pain.
