Elebase USB C Female to USB Male Adapter - This product works but only up to around 44MB/s no matter which way it is attached to the USB C connector and will not do the full speed of my SSD which should be at least 430MB/s. I've attached some test results of a few different brands. I'd suggest getting the Onvian or Electop one instead as they will do the full speed of my SSD if you have it flipped correctly, and will do 44 MB/s if you do not have them attached correctly to the USB C connector. Edit1: After reviewing the description again "480 Mbps" = ~60MB/s and speaking to Elebase it seems this device is only USB 2.0. With that in mind this device I feel performed according to specification but still lower than other devices that are USB 3.0 capable. It seems Elebase has a new USB 3.0 capable one and they have asked me if I would like to try it. If I receive this new design I'll test it and try to update this post again. Edit2: I received the newer USB 3.0 product and did some quick speed tests and it performs just as well as the other brands.
