I am finally emerging from a legit seven-year period of bad luck (still trying to recall what mirror I broke to deserve such fate), and as my life at long last is normalizing, I'm starting to undo the damage to my psyche, my soul and my body that this wretched timeframe has caused. I'm currently engaged in myriad holistic therapies, so it's hard to pinpoint precisely what therapy is fixing my health how - I like to think that everything is working synergistically. That being said, I have been taking these capsules about a couple weeks now. A few days ago, I ate a bowl full of my favorite trigger foods - sweet cereal and milk. I have been struggling with my dietary approach, as well as long-standing Binge Eating Disorder, for quite a while now, and although I'm finally in a much more balanced and nourishing place with it, sometimes I just gotta go for the dirty stuff. I have some pretty strong sensitivities to grain and dairy, as many do, and with dairy, even Lactaid can be an issue. I took an enzyme before I ate that giant bowl of triggers (I took three enzymes total during my intermittent fasting window that day). NO UPSET STOMACH WHATSOEVER. In addition, normally I could have easily binged on that entire box if I allowed myself to, but just one...and a half...big bowls was enough for me to STOP, which is something I almost NEVER do! My impromptu cheat meal was managed well, without the usual frenzied undoing of everything good I have been working so hard to achieve. Yeeeerrrp, methinks I will not be living without this product ever again! Okay, so technically I received a free product, but not in the typical fashion: I had this item in Saved For Later purgatory for a few months before I could finally afford it - single mom, very fixed income. I was overjoyed to see a coupon for $3 off, but somehow it didn't register when applied, a glitch of some sort. When I reached out to the company to report said glitch (which happens from time to time, I was understanding and NOT irate at all), the vendor refunded the entire amount instead - now THAT'S customer service!!! I was floored...and felt a tad guilty...but no worries. I ABSOLUTELY will purchase again. This review was unsolicited. Kindly hit the button below if helpful.
