After receiving my purchase, I was anxious to see how it really worked. "Both ends were Male" to my surprise; so unfortunately I had no use for the item in my home. Having become frustrated with purchases these days that don't live up to your expectations; the Seller quickly gained me back as a satisfied customer and sent me out a Female piece within no time. I was finally able to use this in my guest bathroom, which turned out to be really cool! Absolutely phenomenal customer service on their end; which is very hard to find these days! Merely for the way I was treated alone; I would 100% make another purchase from this company. "Thank you again for caring about your customers"
