I bought this model because I mostly use the dough setting for making pizza dough or baguettes and didn’t want to invest in a high-end machine. After using the bread machine for several months I can say that it does a good job. If I decide to use the bake function I take the dough out, remove the paddle and after kneading it a few times I put the dough back and finish baking. This solves the problem with a hole in the baked loaf (which happens with any bread machine) and I will do this with any bread machine I buy in the future. I like the yogurt feature and it works well. I have contacted the seller twice and received answers very quickly. I have been sent a much improved and reworded manual. This company is very concerned with customer service and satisfaction and quickly responds to emails. That’s a big plus in my opinion.
