About 4 months ago I caught an awful cold. I tested negative for Covid 3 times, and negative for flu, so I wasn't really sure what was going on, all I know is I was miserable with a high fever, body aches, chills, sore throat, and fatigue..the complete works. Even walking from my sofa to the kitchen for a glass of water felt like I was running a marathon. I tried the gamut of OTC remedies (Nyquil, Mucinex, Alka Seltzer) and they would put me to sleep, but I felt no actual relief. I remembered that I had bought a small bottle of this oil of oregano a few months back but never used it, so quickly before I went to sleep, I put 5 drops in a small glass of water and chugged it down. First off....when you take this, make sure to dilute it in a bunch of water. If you're a boss who can take it straight, good for you, but even diluted in a tiny amount of water my mouth was on fire. I rinsed my mouth out with water (which actually did help) and went to sleep. When I tell you the relief I felt in the next few days was miraculous! I woke up feeling about 50% better and even had enough energy to do some laundry. Took another 5 drops that night (again, dilute it if you don't want to burp up oregano all night), and woke up feeling almost right as rain! I've been hooked ever since. I'm never without a bottle in my home. I got my niece and nephew hooked on it, and when my sister called to tell me that she and my other nephew were sick I ordered two bottles straight to their house, and now she is hooked. Just last week I felt the crud coming on again, and with a couple drops in some water before bed, I was feeling just fine. I know it sounds too good to be true, but I am the person who WILL catch whatever virus is currently going around, so the fact that I just spent the holiday season with MULTIPLE sets of families, including a bunch of gooey-nosed children and I didn't even have one sniffle? I'm sold!
