Received in good condition, a little later than promised, but it was shortly before Christmas, so it was understandable. Nice flavor: sweet, buttery with a slightly spicy finish like black pepper. My skin feels very soft, since I've been taking a tablespoon a day. I've only been taking it for about six weeks, and I'm curious to see if it affects my lab values, I bought it primarily to use as a supplement, although I also put it on salads and pasta. I used it to make vegan mayonnaise too. An affordable, healthy luxury!
