My observations on the product after using it regularly for a couple of months: -- Heats up quickly, under 2 minutes -- Must remain standing upright and be held in an upright position or water will leak out and maybe create a safety risk -- If the tank is filled up, you'll have enough steam for one garment, maybe two, before you have to refill -- There is no button to press to make the steam come out. You plug it in, turn it on, and when it's hot, steam will start coming out pretty steadily. Be careful with this if you have small children around or inquisitive cats. Also, be aware of where you sit the steamer so it isn't steaming the paint off your bathroom walls. -- The heating element (looks like a black ball) inside the unit gets little white balls on it. Not sure if these are mold or mildew or what. I empty mine after every use and turn the base upside down to drain/dry on a towel, but the white balls are still there? -- Overall, it's well worth the price if you need a good daily steamer. It certainly isn't as good as many of the higher end steamers, but I'm okay with that. It gets the job done and banishes wrinkles.
