Product is well made and nice, but an XL was way too big for me (pant size 32-33 and fairly slim in the belly). Once adjusted properly the buckle was on the last set of holes. I seem to recall others recommending to order up a size, and that's what the mfg's size chart recommends, but that was not my experience. Also, just an FYI, it comes in a large box (about 4' long) as the belt is fully extended inside, so if you won't be home and don't have a secure/covered drop off area, you might want to have a neighbor take it for you.
