Was really on the fence about sizing due to the reviews. Hopefully this helps someone else on the fence. I'm 5 11, 200#, and carry most of my weight in my hips. I'm a 40C/D cup, and normally wear a women's L or XL. I was afraid the band at the bottom would be too small for my hips, but was pleasantly surprised, as it's very loose. I went with the XL, and it's perfect! I honestly probably could have gotten away with the large but this gives me a little more room. Very elegant looking, but can dress up or down. Definitely a winner!
