We have had a really bad problem with spiders, ants, and wasps in the house. We originally plugged the device into the wall near the back door which is not properly sealed (allowing the pests in) thinking they wouldn't want to come in the home, but it seemed to make them not want to leave the house. We're renting and don't want to pay to fix the door ourselves since we're about to move out so we figured we would just move it to the center of the home and it seems to be working, a few days after moving it to the center of the home we stopped seeing pests inside.
