Works great if used correctly.
The pso-rite has helped significantly with releasing my psoas and hip flexors. A lot of the negative reviews come from people who are laying on both points at the same time. Bodies are not the same width, so this method only works for a percentage of those who attempt to use that method. From watching the companies Instagram videos, I quickly realized the best method is to target one side of the psoas with one of the “points” and floss(move leg on the side of the targeted psoas from left to right). The base of the pso-rite is wide enough to not flip over when using just one “point” at a time. I have lacrosse balls, foam rollers, theragun, you name it... I have books on specifically targeting the psoas and various methods to use. Nothing has worked as well and effortlessly as using my full body weight on a single “point” and flossing. It would be very helpful if the company made a small instructional pamphlet or brochure to accompany the tool. I think it would cut down on the confusion and also reduce the amount of negative reviews and returns. Yes, they do have informative videos, but you have to seek them out on Instagram or YouTube. Great product overall and very pleased with my purchase.
