They look like little rabbit food pellets!! I thought that was adorable and weird and funny... But it doesn't matter what it looks like - here's the taste test! My favorite flavors were Maple, and Mint. My second favorites were the Fennel Licorice flavor followed by the Coffee flavor. My least favorite - Cinnamon and Ginger. Starting with my least favorite - in case you're a fan of Ginger & Cinnamon: I'm a fan of ginger, so I went for that pack first. The flavor was very subtle and earthy, not the gingery kick I was hoping for. Too subtle and earthy. It reminded me of a burnt - brown sugar and ginger candy I once purchased that I ate but really didn't care for. The flavor lasted about 2 minutes though, and could be chewed for a little while longer still. I like Cinnamon gum a lot, this one had the instant *natural* cinnamon flavor you would expect from a little jar of cinnamon spice but the flavor just does not last long enough. It isn't synthetic Big Red here... My main concern was that the cinnamon was too natural tasting to last long enough. Second best were Fennel Licorice and Coffee: My fiance doesn't normally fall for my healthy goals.. I gave him uncooked, fresh green peas and he almost spit them in my face. But he chewed on the Coffee flavor gum for such a long time that I was genuinely surprised. When questioned he said it still had flavor. I think the fact that he was able to enjoy them says a lot. For my favorite: Maple lasted approximately 4 minutes with flavor that was really enjoyable. I think this is passable for gum. I would never have thought of maple, but it was so yummy. Overall, I'm happy to have found natural gum .. This was my main driving force, knowing and being OK with what I'm putting into my body - if your expectations are the infinite long lasting flavor of synthetic gum, you're going to have to temper them or reconsider what's most important to you. I think the length of time the flavor stuck around for was also reasonable, and could be chewed happily even after that amount of time for those of us who just like the chew. I would buy Maple, Mint, Coffee, and Licorice flavors again. Perhaps after some more time with each flavor I'll come around to say that I'd be happy buying the variety pack again. Also, this has the exact same, perfectly chewy, non-disintegrating quality of gum you would want. Very important.
