Based on other peoples reviews I got a large instead of a medium. It is too big for me but it will fit over other shirts when the weather turns cooler. For reference I am 5'7" and 147 pounds. I think it depends on how you are built through the midsection. If your waistline is fairly trim order your regular size. If you tend to carry a little more around the middle for the same weight and height then order up you will be more comfortable. Also, my arms are fairly thin because of my work. Perhaps a typical arm build at this weight and height would be more comfortable in a large. It really just depends on your build and how loose you like your activewear. I like mine a little loose but not baggy. I think the sizes run true. A medium would have fit much better. Otherwise, the seams lay flat and the fabric is smooth. Perfect for running without chafing. Color does not matter to me, only function. I do find that the color runs true to what I see on my screen. I am using an iPad if that helps anyone. Different screens embue different color shades.
