Works good, doesn't fit hand well and little heavy....see update
Ok, so I got a dog and thus dog hair. Wanted vacuum that would be light and cordless for "daily" use (instead of my regular heavy upright and canister vacuums). Wanted enough power to work on carpets and lasting battery to do whole house (2 bed, 1800 sq ft). Looked for vacuum that would be light in weight (I am 65 yr old female). And, I thought I wanted enough "waste" storage so looked for 1.2 L dust bin. 1) weight...shows in web 5.5 lb and I thought that would be ok, however, it really is "heavy" to use. Also, weight is mainly at the top where motor is. And weight is not really balanced well at the top. Also, brush head/attachment is really light. 2) Brush head should be "wider" across to cover more territory in each use...it is only 8" wide. So if you have 12" tiles, you got to do 2 swipes...an extra inch or two would have helped in coverage efficiency and balance, and I think not give up much in power pickup. 3) The area where you put your hand should be wider, so all 4 fingers fit. For this one, I have to keep index finger over the on/off switch and not press down (cause I would be turning it on/off). Or I have to extend my finger out and do holding with 3 fingers primarily....on/off switch could have been elsewhere and thus leave enough space for all 4 fingers to fit for a better hold. Of course, thumb is on top helping with balance. 4) As to suction and longevity of battery, definitely depends on use at max power vs min power. Minimum power seems to work good on tile floors. But need max for "low-pile" oriental carpets and thus battery power goes down. I would say I can do almost my entire house on one battery, if I don't overdo my carpets. 5) Brush head has 2 rows of super soft bristles about 3/8" and 1 row of thicker stiff bristles about 1/8". Think this could have used more of the thicker stiff bristle for carpet (maybe not have to take too many swipes on carpet). Thus not great for "deep cleaning" of carpets. The vacuum does work well going under furniture with it's low profile overall and maneuverability. 6) The 1.2 L dust bin could be smaller holding "tank" since I unload often anyway. However, not sure if smaller would affect the power/suction with a smaller filter area. I am afraid to return and try another lighter one and give up the power (which is primarily the weight problem), so will be keeping. But hope the manufacturer will do a re-design along the way to "balance" the weight better, re-configure the holding area for a better fit for hand/fingers, and increase the brush head width (to cover more area per swipe). Nice packaging and comes with good instructions, floor/carpet brush head, crevice tool, smaller brush tool, and extra HEPA filer. Quality overall looks good (except for floor/carpet brush head..would not be good for thicker carpets I think). Fairly quiet for sound too. So will keep, since overall results of hair removal, etc. look good. Of course, I could also just get rid of the dog..... 9-3-20 update, just found out that by forwarding a copy of review and purchase info, we get a bonus accessory pacakge (worth $49.99) sent to us...the info is on inside of instruction red envelope! Will see what is sent and will advise. PS paid $119.99 (got $30 off coupon) 10-7-20 update. After sending email twice for bonus gift, was finally contacted and just received a Nequare battery so that I have a spare and now can do entire 1800 sqft house with them. On Amazon, I see they sell it for $49.99. They asked me to change my 4 star rating as well. The product review is still 4 stars for me....and I will add to review that removing the parts is difficult to squeeze the red "buttons" (like removing battery, floor head, filter cup, etc). Since it took 2 emails (correctly addressed) to get a response, they still don't deserve 5 stars. I wonder how many reviews are 5 stars for the bonus....hmmm. Anyway, vacuum picks up the hair, no cords, and it is quieter than my other vacuums (so my dog isn't as anxious from a noise standpoint). Oh yes, gonna keep the dog, she is quite sweet and now tolerable :)
