Update: The return/replacement was quick and easy. The new Hiboy has held up well and we are very happy with it. This will not be my final review for the Hiboy S2 Pro since I’m pending an exchange. I bought the scooter because, based on the description, it went faster and farther then the two other scooters (different brand) I previously purchased. Also the weight capacity was advertised much higher. Well, It lived up to the description. The scooter is fast and the battery went on forever. The bad: After just a couple days of riding the bolts holding the rear assembly snapped. The good: I quickly started a return and by morning Hiboy contacted me. They were very helpful and promptly replied. To me, that’s always a good sign. Hopefully the scooter they send holds up because this thing is really fun and feels a lot more solid than my other scooters. I would gladly give them a five star once the replacement holds up for a while.
