I bought this charger in anticipation of a trip to China last year and I'm so glad I did as we didn't have chargers on the plane and the flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong is about 15 hours (for just that one leg of the trip)!! That is not the time when you want to be without music, movies, books on iPad or Kindle or what have you. On a full charge, this guy completely recharged my iPad and my iPhone all the way and kept my Rav Power File Hub (where I keep all my movies and TV shows) running as well for the whole day of travel! It also charges things lightening fast and can charge multiple USB devices simultaneously! Oh and it holds its charge for a long time too! I'm so glad I bought this thing. It's bigger and heavier than my every day iPhone power bank that I always have with me, but I only use it for travel or times when I know I won't be anywhere near an outlet for a long time. Even if that's only a few times a year, this thing has paid for itself and then some! If you're planning an international trip, you won't be disappointed if you buy this to take along! Note that in my picture I show a 4" amazon basics lightning cable but that does NOT come with the unit. I highly recommend getting one to keep in the pouch along with it at all times though so you don't have to worry about having a long cable on you. And for the record, I did NOT receive this product free or at a discount. I paid full price for it and am writing this review just to help other people who pay full price for stuff too!
