I have very dry cuticles. Both my cuticles and nails grow very fast and I have to trim the cuticle back weekly before I can manicure. Oils don't work. They are so dry that I end up bleeding no matter how careful I am. This is perfect. I had to leave it on each cuticle for a minute, use an orange stick to push the cuticle back and scrape the thin invisible cuticle off, and trim the excess. Then I washed it off as directed. They came out great with no bleeding. You may have to experiment with the amount of time you leave it on. If you have thick dry cuticles and hangnails like me, expect to have a little extra to trim. The excess is very soft and trims off easily. The photo is the finished product.
