This is a follow up report: I have been using these for over a year now and I have had excellent results. I keep on getting them on automatic refill. They are a bit expensive but when something works this well you keep on buying it. I combined these insoles with sensible flat shoes and arch-supporting socks and I got instant results. When I started using them, my heel spurs and plantar fasciitis was very bad in both feet. I literally could barely walk due to the pain. Now after prolonged use I am able to walk with only minor discomfort. If you suffer as I did you have nothing to loose by giving these a go. Just buy one pair till you see how they will work for you.
