So yeah, like some reviewers have shared, these are really squishy. However, I would always have my elbows digging into my chair arms and it always would get so sore. These cradle it perfectly and don't seem to both me at all. I even like the little dip in that others didn't - I feel like it keeps my arm in the right spot each time. I think if you like squishy memory foam support, you'll like these. If you want firm support, these are probably too soft. The only annoyance about these are the straps. I can't tell if they're supposed to loop back around over it? Right now I have them tucked underneath because they're so long, but I'll probably just end up cutting them. I honestly wish they were just half the length and a little less scratchy - my arm doesn't hit them at all, but it's a little harder to tuck under. But again, these are awesome, and I'm picky, so it's a very mild annoyance!
