I spent a lot of time researching teeth whitening products before discovering that hydrogen peroxide is the main ingredient used in all of these teeth whitening kits that we see advertised for $20, $30, sometimes even $50... After brushing my teeth, I rinse my mouth with normal hydrogen peroxide (literally found in any grocery or dollar store) and use the LED light for 10 minutes. I keep up this routine 2-3 times a week, depending on how much coffee/dark liquids I drink. TDLR: Just buy this + some good ole hydrogen peroxide for the fastest and cheapest results.
