First I'm going to say I was skeptical that this was too good to be true, however, I do NOT regret this purchase at all. Setup/teardown: tested set up and tear down by myself without any problems! It is easier with two, though. I wasn't able to ever get it back in the carry bag quite right though. Use: AMAZING!!! It stayed so warm in there that we had to take off our jackets and sit in tshirts, and it was 40 outside. It's great watching games through the clear plastic, or through the open zippered door is wonderful. Even if we leave the kids to play inside and we are outside, it's nice to know the little ones won't wander off and they're protected. Suggestions: Have a tarp to lay on the ground if it's damp or cold, or to keep blankets clean. Think of a plan for shade because it gets hot and bright on a sunny day. Get better tent stakes as these bent first time we used them and weren't long enough. Finally, if you've read this far, buy it. I LOVE this and actually don't dread going to the outside games anymore!!
