I had an event to go to and waited till the last minute to buy my hair! I went on Amazon and the normal brand I get (Free Tress Deep Twist) could not deliver it to me fast enough! I then stumbled upon this KEN Hair and I will admit, I was nervous to order it b/c I had never ordered it before but I took a leap of faith and went ahead and bought it b/c it was the only merchant that it could get it to me in a day with my Prime Membership! But I LOVE the hair it is just like Free Tress Deep Twist and the hair was soft to the touch. I loved the color which had an ombre kinda look, and length which came a lil ways past my bra strap! It came with 4 or 5 bundles inside and I barely used 3! When you fluff/separate the hair, it goes a long way! I also loved how it came with a crochet needle and elastic ponytail holders in each pack too! And the back of the package had instructions on how to install & care for the hair! Never seen that before! After a few days it will start tangling some, but all synthetic hair like this does that, but what I did was put some foaming mousse on it to tame it, and every night I section my hair into 4 sections and run my fingers through it to get out any tangles, then twist it up, put hair ties at the ends and sleep in a satin bonnet every night and in the morning take them a loose and it TOTALLY takes care of the matting/tangles that can happen! You just have to know how to handle synthetic hair, that's all lol! I know this review is long but again I love this hair, will buy it again, and hope this review helps! :)
