I love this blanket! It is nice quality wool. I have some washable wool blankets from a famous company in Maine, but their blankets are so expensive, this is perfect for the price. I actually like that it is more lightweight. I've done a lot of knitting with various fibers, and this wool blanket smells pleasantly just like -- wool. The same smell as every other wool sweater or wool jacket or wool mittens or wool socks or wool blanket that I've ever had the pleasure of owning. The fibers do look felted, which makes a more solid blanket, no holes in this blanket like, say, a handknit blanket would have. This is just lovely! I will likely buy another one, after we've recovered from holiday spending. In the meantime, this is a perfect extra blanket for a cold winter. Thank you to the company for their excellent work!
