WOW! This stuff is amazing, it looks like dreamy coconut cream & tastes like coconut heaven! I would take the entire bottle in 1 sitting if I could it tastes that good! When I received this I started taking 2 tbsp. per night (because if the taste to start...) and slept so deeply for the 1st time in months. Normally I wake & cant get back to sleep, NOT with this! When I take it just before bed I feel more relaxed with a tranquil calmness that takes over from the longs days fast paces, its a wonderful feeling just before bed which is lovely. I find great delight in this product because I really feel like its helping my body recover, distress through the night so I wake fresh, well rested, and ready to take on the day even though I start @ 4:30... and to look forward to taking it again at night because I know I will have an amazing restful nigh of sleep!
